During your initial consultation, you can expect an open and supportive conversation where you can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have. This is a great time to talk about your preferred style of therapy and see if you both will be a good match. Your therapist will ask questions to get to know you better and to understand your unique situation.

Yes, we exclusively offer online therapy sessions, also known as teletherapy, for clients residing in California, Colorado, and Florida, providing remote sessions for those who prefer or require them. Teletherapy allows you to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home, removing the hassle of commuting, parking, and waiting. Research also demonstrates that virtual sessions are as effective as in-person therapy and offer greater convenience.

You can schedule an appointment by contacting our office via phone or email. Alternatively, you can fill out a form on our contact page here, and our friendly staff will assist you in finding a convenient time for your initial consultation.

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we provide a superbill at the beginning of the following month that will identify procedure and diagnosis codes for the previous month's sessions. This superbills will state charges, payment, and any outstanding balances. You can submit this alongside a claim form to your primary insurer. They will reimburse you directly per your out-of-network benefits once you have met your deductible. Please verify your specific benefits with your insurance provider.

The cancellation window is a minimum of 48 hours. Should rescheduling become a pattern, the therapist retains full discretion to increase that window in order to make space for others in need of support. You will be charged in full for any modifications to the schedule once that time has elapsed.
