For Healthcare Providers
Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation.
Healing is an act of communion.

Collaborative Care for Your Patients
Find Your Center is a psychotherapy practice providing thoughtful, individualized care for adults (and teens) navigating relationships, attachment patterns, life transitions, trauma, identity, and emotional wellbeing. Our work is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming, with an emphasis on creating care that feels personal, attuned, and clinically grounded.
We value strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers and understand how important it is to have reliable mental health referrals for patients who may benefit from additional support. Our goal is to make the referral process straightforward and to be a responsive, trusted resource for both providers and patients.
Who May Be a Good Referral
- Adults experiencing relationship concerns or recurring attachment patterns
- Patients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, or major life transitions
- Individuals seeking multimodal trauma-informed psychotherapy
- Neurodivergent and/or LGBTQIA+ clients looking for affirming care
- Patients who would benefit from longer-term, relationally focused psychotherapy
Why Providers Refer to Find Your Center
We aim to offer the kind of referral relationship that makes coordination easier: clear communication, a thoughtful intake process, timely follow-up, and proactive collaboration when clinically appropriate and authorized by the client. We also welcome relationships with providers whose services may be helpful to our clients’ holistic care.
Common referrals we generate include psychiatrists, general practitioners with concierge medical practices, perimenopause specialists, urologists, pelvic floor massage professionals, nutritionists, TMS and ketamine providers, physical therapists, trauma-informed masseuses, trauma-informed exercise experts in fields like yoga, pilates, and personal training, and therapists for adult individuals, couples, families, or children to complement our care with a different unit of treatment.
Collaboration & Community
We’re always open to building relationships with other providers in our communities. We value getting to know the people behind the practices we refer to and welcome opportunities for professional introductions, resource sharing, and other forms of consultation.
If our work feels aligned, we’d love to hear from you.
Connect With Us
We’re always glad to connect with other healthcare professionals and learn more about the work you’re doing. Whether you’d like to discuss a potential referral, introduce your practice, explore opportunities to collaborate, or simply become a resource for one another, we’d love to hear from you.
