A Supportive Space for Pre-Licensed Clinicians
Are you a recent graduate or early-career therapist looking for meaningful supervision on your path to licensure? At Find Your Center, our doors are open to pre-licensed mental health clinicians seeking a supportive, collaborative, and client-centered supervision experience.
Our therapy collective is rooted in compassionate and inclusive care. We understand the importance of feeling truly seen and supported as a client and clinician.
Supervision with our founder offers more than just hourly requirements; it’s an opportunity to grow your competence, refine your voice as a unique therapist, and explore varied modalities and interventions. It is also an opportunity to work through your personal experience of the client and yourself in the room, both with gentle encouragement and direct challenge.
What We Offer
We offer supervision in group and one-on-one settings designed to respond to your needs and goals. Together, you and our founder will explore your theoretical orientations, preferred treatment models, areas of growth, and the client populations you’re most passionate about serving. Sessions are available via telehealth and may include in-person opportunities depending on your location.
This is not a formal employment role yet, but a chance to build your experience with the guidance of a seasoned LMFT. You will be connected to a collective that values heart-centered, integrative care, with the possibility of expanding the role into a future position if treatment values align.
Ideal Supervisees
We welcome applications from individuals who:
• Hold a post-graduate degree and are working toward licensure (e.g., MFT-C, LPCC, ASW)
• Are passionate about inclusive, affirming, client-led care
• Are curious, collaborative, and drawn to holistic approaches
Location & Format
Michele has provided supervision to pre-licensees throughout California, and now is expanding that option to service Colorado as well.
Hybrid model (Telehealth and some Boulder in-person options)
Colorado-based clinicians are encouraged to apply
California-based (telehealth only) may also be considered
